It was indeed a great memory of 31st Aug 2008 beside celebrating the 51 years of independence day of Malaysia as it was a great day for my aunt’s mom-in-law, which is her 81 years old birthday grand celebration at the restaurant.

My aunt asked myself and my brother to be the photographer of the night and shoot some memories and compile it, and we just say "yes, no problem" without even thinking of it. We love taking photos, and we are using a Sony DSLR A200 and a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7.

On the night before 31st Aug 2008, my family members were busying wrapping the special gift for my aunt’s mom-in-law. It was a basket full with eggs, mee sua and some other stuff. I think this is a traditional style, am not sure.

My aunt were having problem wrapping the basket. I think it’s because the basket were too big and the wrapping paper was a little small. But then, when my dad came out from the kitchen, straight he wrapped the basket with his own style… Bravo!

Once my dad done with his part, my mom tried to tidy up the basket, so that it will looked more professional. My mom tie some ribbon on it, and it really look nice.
