Yesterday evening went to Pudu Plaza with some photographers dudes, as they need to buy some gadgets for their babies… and guess what, I managed to try and test the Sony SAL70-200mm F2.8 SSM G lens.. I grab it on my hand, the feeling was damm nice, and superb lens.

I’ve tried Sigma 70-200mm f2.8 HSM before, but comparing with Sony SSM G lens, the focusing is faster than the Sigma. Bokeh produced from the Sony is superb, color tones and sharpness are damm superb.
It’s now in my wish list, thought of getting it as 23rd birthday present, but the price was too pricey… So anyone wanna sponsor not?
Test shot with SAL70200mm f2.8 SSM G
I tested few shots with the SAL70200mm SSM G lens with my Sony Alpha A350, 1/40, F2.8, ISO400.. And shot a little boy that came to the shop for a passport size shoot, took the opportunity to candid the boy… and later when I show to him, his reaction was “Wahhhhh……..”
Damm poisonous lar…. I’m sure to get this lens… Arrrggghhhh……!!!

I could invest in a 3rd party 70-200 f2.8 as well for my Canon. But in the end, it’s really about the Lense which matters. So have to save up and invest lor.
I’m still saving for only a 24-70. LOL!

@Danny Foo Yea, it’s the lens that matters…. now struggling with Sony ori lens and Sigma 70-200mm HSM la… you can try Sigma 24-70mm F2.8.. it’s damm chun also… else you should go for Canon 24-105 L la… :p
