I am honored to have a Sony Alpha A200 camera that most of the professional photographers like Ted Adnan and smashpop are using.
The reason why I choose Sony DSLR is simple. Its ergonomic design that gives me the feeling that… " ahhh.. this is the camera that I should choose". I’ve tried holding many camera, but still I like Sony because Sony Alpha is really comfortable when I hold it in my hand.
The way Sony designed the features/functions are simple. I don’t have to browse through the entire Menu just to get ISO or Aperture set. Unlike other brands, you’ll need to go into the menu, and follow the step by step just to set the ISO function.
Best part about it is, I didn’t even go through the manual guide to learn how to operate the camera. The basic features that most photographers uses are easily found!
The Custom White Balance is a very good function to use especially taking indoor photographs. By using that, I can set the white balance to be brighter for taking photos for an indoor event.
I learnt this function during the Sony Alpha Basic Photograph in JB with John
The Sony Alpha community also has inspired me a lot as a newbie. Especially TT session organized by the team, I learnt a lot from various Sony Alpha users. I gain a lot of knowledge in the community. Even though they critics me, but it’s a good way to learn new stuff though!
I must say that Sony is really –> "like no other™"!
Of course, there are many many features that Sony provided, but it’s better that let the pictures tells you the words, do check out my previous posts for more photos or you may check it out @ my Flickr Page
I’m proud that I owned a Sony A200 and being "like no other™" with Sony
** I’m attending the Sony Convetion on the 10th-12th October 2008, are you?

Ted Adnan and SmashpOp are using A700.. wooo…
anyway what do you mean by setting the custom white balance to be brighter for indoor photos?

Yo… are you using Sony as well?? ok… simple, Fn–> White Balance –> scroll to the last function –> then press right button, u’ll see Set
simply snap any place to get the color temperature you want, then the White Balance will be the color that you have snap.
Example: if you’re in a wedding function, lighting are very orangee and yellowish, how? so u can use this funnction to adjust, so that the photos are not yellowish
I must show you this function, is really cool
