Let me introduce the Part 2 menu… I received many comments, compliments, and I can even hear sliver sound after I did a Review Part 1. I feel happy that my dad’s dishes can be shared among my blogosphere dudes, it’s an honor
Ok, ready for Menu Review Part 2??? Hehehehe….. Let’s go……
Ok, first of all, this vegetable is “Baby Kai Lan” in chinese we call is “Jie Lan Miao”. I like this vegetable very much also. It’s crispy, smooth, and the head of the vege is damm nice. Dad don’t use much salt on vege. Oh ya, dad use to put Small Prawn, chinese call “Xia Mi” when he do vegetable. It’s very nice one.
Secondly: This is Sizzling Local Tauhu. We call it Local Tauhu because the tauhu is made locally lor –_-“
Tauhu will be cooked with some sauces, either prawn or meat. The sauce is a special sauce, I don’t know the name. But when you taste it, the main taste is made from the sauce.
Then, the sizzling plate will be put under the fire, and burn until the sizzling plate is hot hot hot, then tauhu will be pour into the sizzling plate, and surrounded with eggs.. as you can see in the picture.
Thirdly: This is one of my favorite and many customers loves, Sizzling + Egg + Oyster. Almost similar wit the sizzling tauhu, the egg + oyster will be fried while the sizzling plate will be put under the fire, so that the sizzling plate is hot hot hot… when it’s ready, then the eggs + Oyster will be pour into the sizzling plate. Then when it’s serves to you, you can actually see it’s frying on the sizzling plate.
Dad uses original Oyster + Egg and not flour. When you buy Oyster Egg by the road side, most of them mix it with flour and that makes the Oyster Egg not original and not nice.
