First of all, I would like to apologize for not updating my blog for the past few days, have been tight up & busy lately.
I’ve promised some of my blogging friends over the blogging world that I’ll show some of the menu that my dad serve in his Restaurant.
Ok, First of all:
Fried abalone – not sure whether is it correct or not 
, butiIn chinese is call “Char Bao Yu Gu”. One of the top selling dish in my dad’s shop. He just launched this dish few months back nia.
After frying, there is a sauce that will be “shower” on top of the abalone, it’s yummy yummy~~~
Secondly, introduce to you one of my favorite dish that I love since I’m very very young, still a kid.. It’s call Sweet & Sour Pork, in chinese it’s call “Gu Lou Yok”. But in this picture below, there is a additional “Yam” so it’s call “Yam + Gu Lou Yok”
My dad’s Yam’s recipe is pretty different from other restaurants that I’ve tried so far. My dad’s Yam is very soft & it will melt in your mouth when you put into your mouth, some of the Yam are hard a little bit 
Thirdly “Gong Bao Yu Pian” or in Cantonese we call it “Gong Bou Yu Pin”. It’s actually fish with dry chili and some other stuff. On top of the dish will have some nuts. A little spicy, but nice, damm nice…
