My CNY 2009 Day One wasn’t impressive. Dad cooked lunch with some delicious dishes and I have photographed it down.
The “siu yok” + “suan na” vegetable is a must-have vege during the CNY time. I don’t know why, but it just happen to have during the Chinese New Year moment 
My mom’s brother who sells duck rice, brought back few ducks for us, and dad had it steam again. It’s very delicious…
In the afternoon, I went to Jonker Street to get the pineapple tart. The most famous pineapple tart in Melaka is in Jonker Street. While waiting for the boss to pack my tarts, I grabbed the camera to photographed the decorations along Jonker Street in Melaka. It’s really reddish feel… Of course, the blue sky is already Photoshop
During the evening, I went to meet up Phoebe & Jason-Timothy. It has been quite sometime since we last gather together. Evelyn also joined us for a while, but she went back earlier before we manage to snap a photo with her.
Later on, my sister also came in and join us. It was a nice meet up I would say as it has been years since we last met and drink together. Of course, as usual, talking crap is the most important things to do.
Of course the cafe we went was Wings Cafe, live unplugged music for us to enjoy. It’s a nice place to hang out, but pretty noisy for you to talk.
